A Memorable Keynote
for Your Delegates.
A Smooth Experience for You.
I’ll take the time to understand your audience, do the homework and deliver an uplifting, practical keynote that supports what you want your conference to achieve.

Your Conference Matters to Me Too
You know your delegates better than anyone.
My job is to understand who they are, what they are experiencing and what you want them to think, feel or do differently as a result of your event.
I will listen carefully, ask useful questions and shape the keynote around your audience, industry, conference theme and wider program.
Because the keynote should never feel as though it is about the speaker. It should feel as though it was created for the people in the room.
What You Can Expect When We Work Together
I Will Do My Homework
Tailoring is not mentioning your organisation a few times and changing the logo on a slide.
I research your audience, industry and event objectives so I can select the stories, workplace examples, practical ideas and audience moments that will connect most meaningfully.
I Will Make the Process Easy
You do not need another person to manage.
I will communicate clearly, meet deadlines and work easily with your event team, conference producer, AV company, MC and other speakers.
My keynote will feel like part of your conference—not a separate presentation that happens to appear in the program.
I Will Notice the Details
Sometimes the smallest details make the biggest difference.
That might mean linking back to something shared earlier in the program, acknowledging an industry challenge, including an appropriate nod to a sponsor or adapting an audience moment to support your theme.
I will also arrive with time to experience the room, meet delegates and understand the energy of the event before I step onto the stage.
I Will Keep Your Delegates With Me
There will be warmth, laughter, audience interaction, unexpected moments and some Heidi sparkle.
Depending on your event, that may include music, live polls, short conversations or inclusive activities.
Nothing is added simply for show. Every element helps your delegates connect with the message and remember the ideas when they return to work.
Why Delegates Remember the Experience
People rarely remember every slide, statistic or perfectly polished sentence.
They remember what shifted something for them.
Extraordinary Stories With Real Workplace Value
Have you noticed that almost every keynote speaker has an extraordinary story?
A remarkable story may earn attention. What the speaker has done with it is what matters to your delegates.
My experiences include being held at gunpoint, losing the use of my legs for eight months, facing a life-threatening tsunami, being alone during a catastrophic earthquake and surviving a petrol bomb attack while leading a team in the Pacific.
But I do not share them to make the keynote about what happened to me.
Those experiences became the real-world testing ground for the professional resilience and self-leadership frameworks I now teach.
The ideas were not lifted from a business book and wrapped around an inspiring story. They were shaped in moments when choices mattered, then combined with decades of business, leadership and education experience to make them relevant and practical for today’s professionals.
Genuine Human Connection
I speak to the human behind the job title.
Through warmth, humour and honesty, I help delegates feel understood, involved and open to seeing a familiar challenge from a different perspective.
Practical Ideas That Stay With Them
Inspiration matters, but it is not enough on its own.
Delegates leave with memorable frameworks, useful language and realistic actions they can recall and apply without searching through their conference notes six months later.
What I Hope You Hear After the Conference
The best feedback is not simply, “We loved the keynote.”
It is hearing delegates say:
“I used that framework as soon as I got back to work.”
“That story completely changed how I was looking at my situation.”
“I shared the idea with my team.”
“We were still talking about it days later.”
“It helped me make a decision I had been avoiding.”
That is the impact I want to create for your audience: not simply a keynote they enjoyed, but an experience that continues to influence what they think, discuss and do next.
International Experience. Personal Approach.
My warm and highly personal approach is backed by extensive international speaking experience.
I have presented across 21 industries, from leadership groups of 20 people to international conference audiences of 6,500.
I have been trusted by organisations including Coca-Cola, LVMH, Oracle, Westpac, WWF, Metcash, Betta Retail, Deakin University, the Insurance Council of Australia and the Million Dollar Round Table.
I was also the first Australian woman booked to speak on the prestigious MDRT main platform for two consecutive years, presenting to 6,500 delegates in Nashville and 5,000 delegates in Dubai.
Whether I am speaking in a boardroom, at a national conference or on a major international stage, my intention remains the same:
To understand the people in front of me and give them an experience worthy of their time.
The Delegate Journey
Every decision I make—from the stories I select to the way I involve the room—is guided by the experience you want your delegates to have.
The goal is to meet them where they are and help them leave with renewed energy, a fresh perspective and practical ideas they can genuinely use.
Let’s Make the Keynote the Easy Part
Tell me about your audience, your event and what you would love people to take away from the experience.
You do not need to arrive with the perfect keynote topic already chosen. That is something we can work through together—not another piece of homework for you.
I will help you identify the right direction and deliver a keynote that supports your objectives, connects with your delegates and gives them something worth talking about when they return to work.
