Sleep

A good night’s sleep can change our world. If we have a good one, there is nothing we can’t do. Of course, if we are prone to staring at the ceiling at 3am and worrying about what happened the previous day or stressing about what’s coming up the next day, then we wake up sleep-deprived, which means we cannot deal well with the day’s stressors. It’s a vicious cycle.

If you struggle with sleep and are feeling the negative consequences at work the next day, download a copy of my Healthy Habits Sleep Worksheet. Fingers crossed, there are one or two activities you can try to help you fall asleep and stay asleep.

Would you like your colleagues to learn from one of my keynote presentations or 3 hour masterclasses?

You don’t wake up one morning burnt out. Avoid procrastination, overwhelm and mental health issues for yourself and your team members by understanding the warning signs that your body and brain are sending.

During this session you will learn:

  1. To map out your own response to work stress and identify the physical, behavioural and performance warning signs before breaking down.
  2. How to harness your freeze, flight and fight responses to get more done in less time.
  3. How to choose the most relevant and impactful de-stress strategy that you can immediately implement.
