Team Resilience Quiz

Step 1 of 4

Professional Resilience - Shifting from reactive to resourceful when things get tough

1. When things change suddenly - new priorities, tools, targets or tech - how do your team members react?

They re-prioritise, swap resources, and keep the wheels turning. They adjust after a pep-talk or two from me.They pause and wait for clearer direction.I’m not sure—I usually notice the effects after they’ve hit.

Why it matters: Adaptable self-leaders keep projects moving, even when the rulebook changes.

2. How consistently do your team members use practical habits that help them stay focused, energised and on top of their workload?

Daily - habits like time-boxing and micro-breaks are second nature. Most weeks - good intentions, patchy follow-through.Not often - they focus on immediate tasks and often let bigger priorities slide. No clear picture - I haven’t had much visibility into their day-to-day rhythms.

Why it matters: Sustainable habits support focus and energy—especially under pressure.

3. When your team hits a challenge - tight deadlines, shifting priorities, or unexpected roadblocks - how do they respond?

They problem-solve quickly and keep each other in the loop. They get through it, but need direction or reminders. They tend to wait or escalate issues rather than tackle them.I’m not sure - I haven’t seen how they handle pressure firsthand.

Why it matters: Resilient professionals don’t just react to pressure - they respond with clarity and initiative.
