About Anna-Louise Bouvier:

Anna-Louise is a founder, physiotherapist, wellbeing health tech expert and content creator. She is also an Adjunct Fellow in the School of Medicine and Allied Health at Macquarie University. Her passion is to develop simple, accessible ways for people to enhance their own wellbeing and health, especially as they age.

She has founded and sold two highly successful start-ups. The first was the groundbreaking movement-is-medicine program called Physiocise which has taught over 100,000 classes since 1995. The second is a multi award-winning joint venture with the ABC called the Happy Body At Work. She is now a Mentor in health tech with the international Founders Institute.

She has consulted and delivered wellbeing programs to many of Australia’s top 100 private and public sector organisations in the area of health and wellbeing, including Macquarie Bank, Goldman Sachs, PWC, the ASX, Westpac, Optus, CBA as well as many Government departments. She is in high demand as a media commentator appearing regularly on ABC Radio, TODAY Show and House of Wellness. She has also published three best-selling books and a DVD series with the ABC about creating happier bodies and was an expert on the ABC TV series Making Australia Happy and Making Couples Happy.
