The Seven Indicators of Happiness

We know that where people live strongly influences their happiness and wellbeing and how they experience society, the economy, the environment and their day-to-day living.

The Cities & Regions Wellbeing Index, an annual deep dive into the wellbeing of Australia's cities and regions released SGC Economics and Planning, ranked Australian regions based on seven wellbeing factors:

  1. Economy
  2. Income and wealth
  3. Employment, knowledge and skills
  4. Housing
  5. Health
  6. Equality
  7. Environment

This report is incredibly important because the data goes beyond GDP. It takes a far more holistic view of what creates a more resilient Australia - a place where all of us can live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

And living a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life is something we all deserve.

During my keynote presentations, I always share practical strategies that my audience members can immediately implement to help them improve their resilience so that they can lead happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

If you would like your team, your association or your conference attendees to absorb excellent content that will ensure they listen, laugh and learn, then I'm your gal.
